My name is Michelle (with my pup Astro), and I have a passion for working with women, children, and athletes to help navigate various emotions and life challenges. I believe in working with you to provide the best support and care possible.

By this point I am sure you are overwhelmed and tired and trying to find any help you can. You are caring so much for others in your life that you forget to pause and pour into yourself every once in a while. Maybe you are feeling off and just want to feel better, or you experienced something traumatic and difficult and feel stuck.

If you’re looking for somebody to truly listen to you without judgement, hear your story, support you, and provide you with skills to help make life a little less chaotic, I’ve got you!

I am a licensed professional counselor, certified perinatal mental health specialist, child centered play therapist, EMDR trained counselor, certified child/adolescent grief counselor, mental sports performance coach, former college athlete and school counselor. Whew! Additionally, I have training in perinatal grief and loss and sand tray therapy. My specialties include working with children and women in the perinatal population!

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time outside, going on lots and lots of dog walks, and spending time with my family and friends! I am currently accepting new clients in person in Alamo Ranch, just on the northwest side of San Antonio near Seaworld, and telehealth in the state of Texas. Therapy can be scary and intimidating.
