My name is Michelle (with my pup Astro to the right), and I have a passion for working with women, children, and athletes to help navigate various emotions and life challenges. I believe in working with you to provide the best support and care possible.

By this point I am sure you are overwhelmed and tired and trying to find any help you can. You are caring so much for others in your life that you forget to pause and pour into yourself every once in a while. I just want you to know how amazing you are for being here and taking time to for you!

And finally, to all my athlete just trying to play their best game, I see you too. Playing a sport is not always easy, and sometimes you’re expected to be perfect and not have any mental health concerns. I’ve been in your shoes whether they are cleats, turf shoes, or court shoes, I understand the pressures of being a student-athlete. You have such high expectations that if can feel as if the weight of the world were on your shoulders. The only person that can truly understand the life of an athlete, is an athlete.

If you’re looking for somebody to truly listen to you, hear your story, support you, and teach you the skills needed to make life a little less hectic, I’ve got you!

I am a licensed professional counselor, certified perinatal mental health specialist, child centered play therapist, EMDR trained counselor, certified child/adolescent grief counselor, mental sports performance coach, former college athlete and school counselor. Whew! Additionally, I have training in perinatal grief and loss and sand tray therapy. My specialties include working with children and women in the perinatal population!

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time outside, going on lots and lots of dog walks, and spending time with my family and friends! I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth at this time for individual counseling sessions or groups, and would love to meet with you!
